My complaint:

My card was photograped and used online for purchases not authorized by me. Direct Express had no concern if the fact that I am disabled or taken advantage of. I have used Direct Express for over 12 years. They were so rude to me!!

Suggested solution:

I want to the money that was taken frome me. Over $900!
