My complaint:
My brother is without his benefits because it was paid to the old payee‘s direct express card. Social Security melted since it’s a DirectExpress in my name. The account numbers are still the same from when it was the old payee it was deposited into the OPEC‘s account Social Security will not re-issue a check because it was paid to DirectExpress and DirectExpress deposited into the wrong account because they are in the middle of transitioning but no one wants to admit it so my brother has no benefits for the month of May.
Suggested solution:
They need to put my brothers benefits on the correct card. I’ve had no problems. It’s been coming to the car all the way up until May on the payee never switch.
