My complaint:

They won’t let me use the old card I had to some kind of id verification which is a passport state id which I do not have. The agent was ever rude. I have all my social security benefits at there location.see what a did was when I called them and told them that money was taking out of my card without my permission I wanted a new card they would not mail me another card.

Suggested solution:

When I get my new direct express card in the mail.
