My complaint:
I have tried to resolve this for 2 days been on the phone for 3 hours one day and 4 hours today the 2nd of oct. I am a little mad as to why they did this and then I have to wait hours and no one ever comes on. I feel like I could be on there all day and get no answer. I have no money to take care of my son cause of this. You need a better phone time andni am transferring his money to his own account cause you can’t answer ever.
Suggested solution:
They need better people who actually answer the phone so we don't wait 4 hours.
