Direct Express complaint: Card sent to wrong address and money stolen

My complaint:

1-7202178689 case number. We have call two times was told a Direct Express supervisor would call. We have not yet received a call from Direct Express. We don’t want to get the media or a lawyer in involved in this but will next week if we don’t hear from Direct Express.

Suggested solution:

They sent the card to the wrong address it would be fare for Direct Express to replace the money. They called Jessica Burrell to tell her that someone tried to take $800 out of her card and they was cancelling her card never verifying the address. If they this would of never happened.
