My complaint:
On April 19, 2023 my debit card was compromised I found out on April 21, 2023 I called and filed a dispute. On May 4, 2023 I finally received the documents that needed to be filled out and resubmitted before May 5, 2023. I called direct express to let them know I just received the documents and was given to fax numbers. I was told to try one if it didn’t work send it to the other one I did that I have ation but on Wednesday, May 9, I was informed I was not going to receive a provisional credit because they did not receive my documents in a timely manner but the fax receipt shows I sent it ahead of time
Suggested solution:
Whom ever compromise my card took all my money out of my account, and I need a provisional credit in order to sustain myself. I have no money for food or medication or travels
