My complaint:
Well I emailed direct express and I had some disputes because I notice some transactions I didn’t do and this lady called me on march 31 and she even went over the transactions with my my boyfriend was sitting right there so he is my witness and she said you can just email it back to us that’s what I did and I emailed and emailed them they never respond here is what that woman gave me here is the email she gave me iid@usditectexpress.com. She told me put this in the subject paperwork dispute claims.
