Direct Express complaint: My brand new card i paid for dont work

My complaint:

I received a card from direct express i could not use i spoke to several supervisors that were not very helpful nor would they let me speak to anyone above them i tried on multiple occasions to get it fixed and so far i am still unable to access my money which means i can not pay my rent my phone has already been cut off and now my internet is getting cut off too! I am disabled and this is the only money i get now i will be unable to pay any fees to reconnect any of my things and getting evicted since i couldn’t pay my rent all thanks to direct express all i want is to send my money somewhere else . This company needs to figure out a way to fix this or i need a lawyer who can sue them and get my troubles paid for! I can not believe i am getting evicted and cant stop it since direct express will not help me get this tight

They should had made it to where i can access my account so i could pay my bills
