My complaint:

I tried for 4 days hours and hours. Tryin contact someone nothin so i cancelled my account not sure what happens with money in direct express account now

Suggested solution:

Send me money on account i really liked direct express i didnt wanna leave but i need money on card bad and cant touch that wrong
