My complaint:

When in December the eighth my debit card was compromised in the Dominican Republic at that an ATM machine in which it was scammed my debit card of my debit card number and my PIN number at that time I reported it to Direct Express I gave them the information that was requested of me Direct Express reimburse me my money but because my PIN number was used Direct Express Express to me that it had to be mean or someone that I gave you my PIN number to which was not the truth at that time during the month of January they reimburse me my money then they took the money back I would imagine in the month of February the asked me to file a police report in which I did and it’s been over 20 days and I haven’t heard one thing from them when calling Direct Express 2 days ago this being March 20th or 21st the representative for Direct Express Express to me that no one has picked up the file and over 15 days as of yet I am asking him to reimburse all my money
