Direct Express complaint: Cant get my money

My complaint:

On the 2nd of Oct I went to my bank as usual to pay my Bill’s and my card was declined. I called direct express and after an hour on hold I got someone. The person told me my card was reinstated. It wasn’t. I sent my card to the mail in address in San Antonio and begged them to call me. Nothing. I cant pay my bills or even food. Since all this happened I have called and called been on hold literally hours and then cut off. I need my money.

Suggested solution:

Send me a new card that works or tell me how to transfer my money out of direct express into my bank account so I can pay my bills.
