My complaint:
I called direct express to discuss sum unauthorized transactions and apply for a new card they were rude to me then they froze my card and would not help and they hang up on me want answer the phone and I have been calling them for 13 days as of today Thursday October 8 2020, I need my card a new card cause some money has been taken off my card without my approval, I have bills to pay I’m on social security disability, my name is Paul Newton
Suggested solution:
I'm freeze my card that I have now and send me a new card answer my calls there customer service is bad terrible
