My complaint:

After numerous days on hold, paying to express ship a new card I receive the card and imagine what happened they wouldn’t allow it to be activated said they would verify my identity and activate it. I called at least 10 times sitting on hold over an hour each time and not getting any response worth much just dead ends. I sent my ID over 45 times and they keep giving me the run around. They stole my money because they refuse to let me access it. 1700.00 dollars just taken meanwhile me and my children suffer.

Suggested solution:

They need to hire more people if they can't do their jobs appropriately. Direct express is a scam and thieving company. Worst thing social security could ever do is offer it to anyone.
