My complaint:

Hi my name is is amiracle Crosby this is Ridiculous I called direct express March 4 to report a authorization transaction from Amazon for the amount of 127.94 and I still haven’t received a refund back it March 25 2022 still nothing they closed my other card and sent me a new card my new card number is 5115631649874016 and I called the 18666063311 number they said I supposed to have a refund it passed 10 day we’re is my refund from Amazon I have bill that is due if I have to take this to court I will I need my money back so we’re is my money can someone refund me money back on my card I didn’t make a Amazon transaction thank you
