My complaint:
I filed a dispute for Fraud activity on my card from National General insurance. I filed a dispute but they just kept putting me through alot, never refunded me back. They had me send paperwork, and when they did they say I didn’t do it right because I didn’t write it down for Fraud activity. Then they lied, and said i wrote on the paper work that I didn’t receive insurance. No I never authorized it
