My complaint:
I have been trying since 71822 to use my direct express card to do a money transfer on paypal. I have spoken to reps and level 2 reps and supervisors who all say they whitelisted my card so I could use paypal to do a transfer but it never worked. I have been told about ten times that they white listed my card and that I had to wait 2 hours. I have been waiting over 24 hours for the charge to go thru but it never works. Ive been told the previous rep didnt know what they were doing. Ive heard that about 3 times. Its not fair its my money and I need to transfer the money to a person. They are getting overdraft fees at their bank because direct express wont let me use paypal. I am past frustrated. Its affecting me physically now. Im getting headaches and no rest because I cant use my card at paypal. I dont think its fair. Its my money.

I want direct express to compensate me for my time Ive been on hold and for all the stress theyve caused.
