Direct Express complaint: Cant get my Agust paymet returned to me , Social Security office has sent request and still nothing

My complaint:

The last week of July i got a notafication that my pin had attempted to tried to be changed so i called and my card was cancelled and she told me i had to go to social security office cause she couldnt issue me another card. so i go to the social security office were i was told that the office no longer dealt with direct express due to the fact its impossible to get though l .. that i would have to get a fax number and return back to the social security office to have my ID faxed to direct express. so i get a fax number from direct express and go back to the social security office to be told they dont do that anymore that once again the social sectuity office cant help me for me to get in touch with direct expressl . So constenty calling direct express every late night to be able to get through. i send my ID my birth certificate and my social secirty card every day to the ID is direct express e mail , to constenty keep calling in to be told a different reason that my Id was expired and its not its new expiring 2028 , there have been numerous times ive called within hours apart to be told different reasons . so i finally changed my banking and direct deposite all together. so returning back to social security office over three weeks ago they sent direct express a request for my August payment to be sent back to social security so they can deposite it into my new account. so over a week and a half later i calll social securty office to find out that direct express still hasnt process social security s request at all . so yet again social secutity office sent another request for direct express to send my payment back to social secutity so they can depostie it into my new account. so once agoin i call direct express to be told nothing about a request sent by social sectuity and about filling out a dispute crap. that isnt what is suppose to be being done on yas end. this has been going on for 2 months in yas department and im way past sick of it. because of yas neglance and so many other issues and problems. I have lost my car that i was less than a year away from paying off thats over 12,000 dollars that ive just wasted and thrown away that is unexcrptable… So Please respond to the social security office request and my endles request for my August to be sent back to the social security office so they can deposite My PAYMENT INTO MY ACCOUNT. ITS NOT A COMPLICATED NOR A HARD REQUEST OR DEMAND THAT SHOULDNT BE SUCH A IMPOSSIBLE OR HARD TASK FOR DIRECT EXPRESS TO ACCOMPLISH, BUT OBVIOUSY IS CAUSE IM NO CLOSER OF HAVING THIS ISSUE AND PROBLEM RESOLVED.

Suggested solution:

SENT MY PAYMENT THAT IS MINE BACK TO SOCIAL SECURITY OR AFTER ME E MAILING MY ID BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD TO EVERY DAY AND OVER A THOUSAND TIMES THROUGHOUT THIS WHOLE PROCESS THAT SHOULD NEVER BEEN DENIED THE FIRST TIME I SENT IT LET ALONE THE FIRST 10 TIMES ECT......................
