Direct Express complaint: No help with Fraudulent activity

My complaint:

I filed a fraud report in July. Never got the papers and had to call back and have them resent. Filled them all out and faxed them in. At the same time I noticed there was fraud going on for months before, also addressed this on my fax and started another fraud claim. Never heard back- finally got through to someone who said my claim denied but they never told me. Also it was denied due to previous months of fraud. Have emailed about 10 times now the additional information and never heard back! Every time I call I get transferred around after holding for hours and then get hung up on. Meanwhile there is no protection for me, I’m out thousands of dollars in fraudulent purchases and can’t get help. This is child support for my kids.

Suggested solution:

The money that was fraudulently taken from my account should be replaced.
