My complaint:
I filed a complaint about theft of funds that I only found out through my card being deactivated and through customer service I found out the names of the people in a different state they then disabled my account it took over a month to receive the dispute forms after I called daily. I was in the process they denied my I’d verification several times and finally months later turned my card on and denied my claim
Suggested solution:
Return my stolen funds ft
