Direct Express complaint: Can’t get money back again

My complaint:

I’m disabled and I have to do my shopping and bill paying online. My card has been hacked so many times now and out of well say 5 times I’ve gotten my money back twice one time they said there was something off about how I wrote it on paper when I mailed it back. This time I mailed everything in and they told me they got my paper on the 23 was due on the 22 I mailed it the day after I got it. I called last week they say r they got my paper but it hadn’t been looked at yet. I called back this week and was told they were going to transfer me to the closed line I never got a number for the case I would not have known it was closed if I hadn’t called. I never got a penny back. I may lose my death insurance that I’ve had for 12 years because I can’t make a payment. What am I supposed to do now.

Suggested solution:

I just want the money back so I can pay my bills I don't get enough from disability to cover things as it is. I never got paper work back from them to show you
