My complaint:
I called direct express to replace my card on Dece 19th today is January 1.My card has not gotten to me as of yet.Money is on the card already can’t pay my rent.Called direct express their not answering the phone automatically hangs up every time

Answer the phone an help me,tell me what can be done to resolve this before I get eviticted.im on Disability. I have no photo
