Direct Express complaint: Unlawful withholding of federal benefits

My complaint:

I asked to have my benefits card suspended until I could determine if it was at risk. I had misplaced the card, but it was safely returned to me. When I asked to have my card reactivated, Direct Express refused stating I had to provide a picture ID. When I told them as a result of the Coronis 19 virus our government offices are shut down and it could take weeks to get replacement photo ID. DIRECTEXPRESS SIMPLY TOLD ME TO GET BACK WITH THEM WHEN PUR STATE OFFICIALS OPEN BACK UP. I live on Leavenworth Kansas and suggested the my circumstances.bi further provided proof of all previous addresses due to my homelessness and further explained that the decision to deny my benefits was cruel and unusual punishment priopp in the face of evidence I provided that obviously could only come a rightful card holder.

Suggested solution:

Because my card was returned to me, and I provided answers only a card holder could provide along with latest transactions currently on file, there is just no way fraud detectives with minimal intelligence could not descrern the truth of the matter. The decision to withhold my benefits is clearly an abuse of power and arbitrary. I am a homeless veteran and I don't eat properly without my benifts.
