Direct Express complaint: Will not unblock my card has been 18 weeks

My complaint:

Tried to call for 18 weeks soc security has updated all my info and direct express is aware of this and still keeping my money and they wont close it out to get my money!

Suggested solution:

Unblock my card so i can get my money!
