My complaint:

I’ve been calling for two days . Four hours on hold yesterday 12 hours on hold today . They locked my account and I have only spoken to one person who assured me this was getting resolved. I have bills to pay.

Suggested solution:

They need to answer the phone. My next move will be litigation
