My complaint:
I received a new Direct Express Card that replaced my expired card. Once i activated the new card Wednesday September 28, 2022, card never functioned! I continues to requested assistance, spending hours and now this is the fourth day and the Problem still exists.
At this time, 1:50pm, I have been trying to contact Direct Express for assistance and the robot says they are overloaded, therefore unable to get any service to address my problem.
Basically I have been serviced, going through a process that has taken over 40 hours including waiting time and proceeding to outlets to retrieve funds, each attempt was denied!!
Suggested solution:
After 11 years of faithful service using Direct Express Debit card, I'm disappointed with the IT Services. Just cannot understand the lack of expertise to clear a false fraud , that has been reviewed by all those who serviced my complaint for the past four days at all levels.
With regard to a rating, ONE Star, is only for being polite when answering the phone. With regards to actually solving a problem? I would Prefer Your Management Department Rate Your Services Your Providing.
Presently at this time 3:45pm CDT, I'm constantly denied access for assistance.
