My complaint:
I have been trying over 2 months to receive my card. I have been told my phone number does not match up. I have a new phone number because I lost my phone service,why?, no money to pay the bill. I have sent 3 faxes and 2 emails of which they are not receiving or do not care to respond to. I have called twice a week to no avail. Thanks because of you I lost my car.
My next option is local news consumer help.
