My complaint:

I am mentally ill. Therefore disabled. I have told them that I want to have my social security money routed to a bank account I opened for the purpose. They have done anything to stop this. It’s impossible to get a straight answer. I was told that I would have to go to the social security office and explain myself to them. I have never seen a statement accounting for my money.I literally had to scream at them for an answer. They are taking advantage of every single customer and I don’t doubt for a second that they have shareholders who happen to be in politics.

Suggested solution:

I want my money routed to the bank. I'm not sitting in their office like a child. I have had more than enough and if I go to the office I'm going to show them how much I hate them.
