My complaint:

I received my deposit from SS Retirement 3323 I paid rent and 3 bills, then I went online to Amazon to buy groceries the Direct Express card has been used there before but it was declined.

Suggested solution:

Please un block my card I have bills to pay and I’ve been calling Direct Express for 2 days 13 hours and nothing.
