My complaint:
I did not think they could get away with screwing with federal benefits. and now they have no tracking number for a card I payed to have express delivery.
Suggested solution:
Talk to the OIG? SOME ONE NEEDS TO CHECK THEM. HOW CAN THEY FUCK WITH SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS LIKE THIS ? AND GET A WAY WITH IT
