My complaint:

I called 1-866-6063311 to arrange to cancel getting my SocSec funds here and transferring to my checking acct permanently. I was told by both SS and my bank that the process first begins with usdirectexpress. I called several times and it kicks you out. never can transfer to person. Both my SS and card entered were valid. I use a closed cap phone and I can see what I typed. It says no such acct, though I have been using card 6 yrs. I want to get rid of us direct express and start the paperwork by them mailing me the instructions. phone is the only option to get resolved for now.

Suggested solution:

Send me specific forms to remove direct express from my Soc Sec acct and so I can transfer funds now directly to my checking acct. Both my bank and SS cust svc says the process starts with DirectExpress. The number is not working to get real person. Besides, being hard of hearing makes it extra hard. I noticed also DEx. no longer has the software to electronically transfer funds from them to my checking acct. I want out of a company that is so non responsive.
