My complaint:

Sept 4 2020 I was charged 94.94 and 97.98 I waited 20 days going back and forth between direct express customer service and a keto pills company. I purchased pills that were not good quality from apparently a scam company perfect slender fitness I didn’t read that I would be charged again I thought it was a one time trial purchase for 1$ plus shipping. Next month I was charged 192.92 I receive ssi and I am disabled, I had a surgery this month and had to pay half of my rent because of these charges. I also have three children, I can’t afford losing almost 200$. I have spent a good part of every day calling trying to get my money back. Direct express informed me to call the company even after one of representative have told me this is a scam and has been happening now the pill company will not give me the money back unless my bank calls them and tells them the dispute is closed no matter who I contact I can’t get my money back.
