My complaint:
Tried reaching the bank regarding my direct deposit for 3 days and can not,speak to a live representative. Spoke with Dept of Treasury and they informed me,that that the funds were deposited on April 1st, but viewing my account, I do not see any deposit and from 6am on April 1st until 2:45 today still unable to reach a representative
Suggested solution:
Investigate what happened to my deposit and make sure my money is given back to me based on the fact their organization is covered by the FDIC
