My complaint:

I filed a dispute against a company, been waiting for over 45 days. Had trouble getting through, waiting an hour or two in the fraud dept. Only to be played with an hunged up on. No notifications. And my case was closed on the 19. This young guy marked me, and played games, then he hung up on me. Theses young ppl should be fired. I’m just trying to get $193.30 back!!!!
