My complaint:

My money had been frozen a I can’t pay my bills buy groceries or get my medicines I’m 71 years old health is bad and I will lose everything that means anything to me it’s been going since October 14 I’m broke need money and anouther payment is due on the 28th this month of October please help me

Suggested solution:

Fit the problem so people of age want have to wait it's our money we worked hard for it just to have it taken away that's not fair to us
