My complaint:

I PAY A MONTHLY FEES. FOR MY BANK STATEMENTS EACH MONTH. ON ALL MY STATEMENTS FROM JANUARY 2020 TO SEPTEMBER 2020 . THE STATEMENTS AT THE BOTTOM OF EACH PAGE HAVE THE NUMBER 1 OF 4 PAGES .
THERE IS ONLY 1OF 3 PAGES NOT 4. I NEED THIS. TO BE CORRECTED ASAP.
THIS IS CAUSING A PROBLEM FOR ME TO MOVE INTO MY NEW APARTMENT THE MANAGER NEED TO SEE THAT THERE I S ONLY. 1 OF 3 PAGES INSTEAD OF 4 PAGES.
THIS INFORMATION NEED TO BE FAX OVER TO HER ASAP.
PLEASE HELP ME, MY NUMBER IS (704) 449-6525. TO GET HER FAX NUMBER.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST II HAVE BEEN WITH DIRECT EXPRESS FOR OVER 5 YEARS.

THIS CAN BE RESOLVED BY FAXING MS. JONES AT (980) 430-3729 AND EXPLAIN TO HER THERE ARE ONLY 1 OF 3 PAGES INSTEAD OF 1 OF 4 PAGES SO I CAN MOVE INTO MY NEW APARTMENT. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS CORRECTION ON MY BANK STATEMENTS THAT SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPEN.
