My complaint:

I filed a fraud case back in august. I was later requested to email direct express a copy of my ID which I did. It has been a month and they have still not lifted me suspension and will not mail me my debit card! I received an email stating my form of Is has been accepted and to call them. I have called every day and been on hold for over 4 hours a day!!! I can not get through to anyone. I am about to be evicted from my home because I can’t pay my rent without my debit card and account frozen.

I want my debit card mailed to me IMMEDIATELY before I am evicted!!!! Please help me !!
