My complaint:

Someone did an unauthorized transaction on my direct Express card on ATM in Clearwater South Carolina I reported this the day that it happened it was November 1st 2019 I went through the correct an entire process of what you do when this happens so you can get your money back also December 1st 2019 funds were frozen on that card due to unauthorized transaction in November 2019 I’ve been trying since then to get my money back I was told that I could not get unauthorized funds back and a little bit getting the runaround trying to get my card unfrozen I can see the money that’s on there but the car is frozen so that’s a total of about $1,100 and 2020 we shut down with the pandemic but I have not had any luck so far and I got married so my name changed on my card.i need my money back please help.

Suggested solution:

Repay me my funds from the unauthorized transaction of $403.50 because I reported it the day of and because of all the trouble that they\'ve been having no one ever got back to me or just ignored me and then unfreeze my benefits from the December that I can look at on my car that\'s frozen and transfer them to my current card and that\'s in the married name.
