My complaint:

I was robbed of all the money I had just gotten to buy a car and my whole wallet with the credit card in it I was taken to the hospital because of a altercation during being robbed and was contacted by the Santa maria police dept while in the emergency room Iwad asked if I want to write a report but I told the officer what I could over the phone and was going to return the call after but because there was nothing I could tell them that would have been distinguishable about being robbed I just called the card company to report it stolen and then during the same phone call I ordered a new card to be sent Icouldnot get to pick it up and my old roommate sent it back so then I called back again and was given a extremely long wait period and as I explained that it was returned because I had just moved and they would not change my address on my file because I don’t know why but they told me I needed to get my driver’s licence and email the front and back to their website I tried to explain that I was broke and couldn’t get my license for maybe 6 wks that way they gave me no alternative for a replacement card so because I was broke and homeless it took me an extremely long time to get my licence but as soon as I contacted the card they started transferring me from department and and leaving me on hold for long periods I was finally going to get my address changed and then get the card expedited but it took 18 months with the time changes and the money on my card did not reflect accurately and then I requested a complaint form to file a claim and some of the statements I do not feel like some of the calls were being able to go through I feel as though ia m being frauded by some where bet6making the call and someone else intercepting my call and gathering my information for their own use I was never sent one claim form and when I mentioned this upon my wallet being stolen for the second time the operator just gave me the run around and told me some hours that I needed to call by and again I’m going through the same loss and the card company already made me wait 18 months without one dollar to eat or pay my bills or to live with I have gone into the social security department and explained everything that I was going th6and was never told any alternative to this So now I’m going to request to file a claim against the first 18 months of benefits that I did not receive and again I have to wait till I get the money to get my licence to change the address on file I am going to track package but I’m pretty sure the same people that are frauding me are the ones returning the cardbut I think it ridiculous that I should have to without any money while I am unable to the control the criminal Round the areas where I lived or during the times when I’m being setup as though through a conspiracy I feel like there is more fraud that is going on with my whole case but by the time I should have filing a workman’s com p6case I think my wintake worker put my credits in incorrect and because I’ve been through filing une6never I think the first way they expected me to give up on my case but I stayed filing the way the intake worker but I may get to have the fraud investigate some of the figures as opposed to the fact that I’m on the baby boomers schedule and should be the only named filed until the next chunk of people reached retirement capabilities I was told all the facts along time ago about the facts but nothing is how it should have been.by now.

Suggested solution:

Begin a investigation that can hopefully keep this from happy again to me or anyone else and return the money frauded by these scammers
