Direct Express complaint: activate my new USDirectExpress card

My complaint:

I cannot get the automated operator to activated. I have been everywhere. I have ssi and ssdi benefits going to my USDirectExpress card and I will not be able to access my funds. Can you help me.

Suggested solution:

Get somebody or some one to help me in activating my card.
