My complaint:
I had an issue that my card was scammed I tried to file a disgreement about this to no avail. I couldnt talk to anyone. I cancelled the old card and requested a new one. It has been over 10 days and I have not recieved my new card. I call the company and can not speak to anyone to let them know my new card is lost. I keep getting a recording the card was sent out. I can not do anything and feel pretty helpless. Now it looks like the new card I was supposed to recieve has been stolen.
Suggested solution:
Resolve my issue. I need a new card
