My complaint:
On 6922 MYSAVINGSMAGICCLUB.SHOP out of CA USA
at 833-299-1974 charged me $1.95 for delivery of a Dewalt screw gun if I did a survey for Home Depot. It sounded legit so I did complete the form and authorized the $1.95. But then, they also charged my account $89.95. This charge was not authorized. Plus I never received the Dewalt screw gun.
The same thing happened on 51022. After taking a brief survey I was suppose to receive a $500 Shell gas card. I authorized the $1.95 but not the $89.95 that was charged to my card. Again, I never received the $500 Shell gas card.
Suggested solution:
Get my money back from MYSAVINGSMAGICCLUB.SHOP.
The $1.95 plus $89.95 they charged my card on 6922 and the $1.95 plus $89.95 they charged my card on 51022.
Finally, find a way to stop them from doing this to others.
I hate to say it, but ME TOO! Has any resolution been achieved?
