My complaint:

Money is being taken from both of my card in small increments at a time. It is without my knowledge and without my consent. The Company seems to reject and refuse to admit a crime has taken place after the fact that I make a complaint of the fact.

Suggested solution:

Return the funds that was reported stolen. However they have a system set for for you to not be able to receive your funds returned.
