Direct Express complaint: Denied refund of my son’s ssi benefits

My complaint:

In May of 2022 my direct express card was stolen whoever stole it was using my card to make several transactions made a withdrawal of $440.00 placed my card back in my wallet without me noticing anything! Then finally after all of that they made a final withdrawal of $800.00 in total it was over $1800. Once I finally noticed it when I went to make a withdrawal I called the 1-(888) 741-1115 number reported it. Direct express denied me saying because I stated that the card was being used without my knowledge or consent being placed back in my wallet. Which is preposterous!
I even made a police report stated in the police report that I was sure that it had to be someone close to me but I had no knowledge of who it could have been but that I was willing to prosecute whoever it was once it was proven, yet they still denied me. Since then my card was stolen again this month 062022 in total it was $921.57 that was stolen from me this month. I’m reporting it stolen making another police report. I assume that I will be denied again!!! Overall for May 2022 June 2022 I had $2,800 stolen from me!!! Oh by the way I don’t have any proof of the denial due to never receiving a denial letter in which they said that they mailed out to me, which was a lie!!! The only way that I found out that my claim was denied was because I had to call every single day for over a week just to speak to a representative to be told that my claim was denied. I’M FURIOUS!!!!!

Suggested solution:

Direct express NEEDS TO REFUND ME MY SON'S SSI BENEFITS IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,800.00 IMMEDIATELY!!!
