My complaint:

I had call to get a replacement card well the lady who took my call Said she had to cancel my card and bc of it being stolen which I try to tell her I lost it but she wasn’t listening told m e to email my government ID to them they would issue me a new card. Well I call them again today and they keep saying my social security number it’s not pulling up. I need my bank card bc it’s got like $1900 on it. But they keep saying they can’t find me in the system and hanging up. I did what they ask me to do now I need my bank card

Suggested solution:

Reissue my bank card plz
