My complaint:
I called direct express paid them to send a replacement card that never arrived and now waiting for the expedited replacement card to come in through UPS which never arrived and their not providing me a tracking number it’s their responsibility as I have paid them directly by phone they have my money on that card I need access to asap please help!!!!!
Suggested solution:
Reimbursement for 4.00 and 34.50 and to send me a free a replacement card provided tracking information for emotional distress and such inconvenience thank you!!
