I described my complaint below. How should they resolve Let me use my card!!!

Suggested solution:

I've filed my complaint with complain.bizx and will do so with others. I've lived in Mexico for over 6 years and have had a continued problems with using my card. Theyve blocked my card probably 20 times when I get paid. They use so many excuses, stall tactics to keep their money on the bank. Now, I lost my card...it took a week to get my card and after 5 days I still can't use it. They used the excuse twice that they didn't add it for international use. I've spoken to 4 Supervisors that say tbe other Supervisors didn't do it right and all said I would be able to use it in 2 hours. I have no money and very suicidal.
