My complaint:
On 6032020 a unauthorized charge was put through on my account by a fraudulent company called Boutique Buzz.com for a M Power (TM) Electricity Saving Box, the charge for shipping for this item was 1.95 which i paid for on my Direct Express Debit Card,I checked my account after I paid the 1.95 and was charged 83.50 by this company called take Take Fire Max.com. I immediately called Direct Express and filed a dispute for the UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE and was told that they (DE) would mail me the DISPUTE PAPERWORK. MY dispute claim was opened on 06062020 yet I called on 06032020. It is now 7052020 and I have not received any information regarding my claim from Direct Express, I have called them on numerous occasions ( 1 time waiting on hold for 4 hours to be told it was still processing. This is unacceptable !!!!
Suggested solution:
want my 83.50 refunded to me for this unauthorized charge.
