My complaint:
A couple of months back direct express notified my that they put a block on perfect tax relief from withdrawing funds from my card.because direct express was getting too many negative reports from card holders .but this month direct express dropped the ball .and allowed perfect tax relief to withdrawl $350.that money was to pay for a place to live .i have spent the last eight nights on the street waiting for my disability that i recieve once a month..now they want me to fill out a dispute .whic could take up to ten days.direct express failed to live by their promise to protect our money .but im am to suffer because of their incompetence.so i ask you where do i go what do i eat.please tell me .diect express is a mulity millon or billion dollar company to yhem $350 is nothing .but to me is my whole world right now.customer service said perfect tax did something unethical.plus the many complaints from other card holders.i suggest skip the dispute forms and replace my money .direct express can file on perfect tax .this is a problem between them im a innocent bystander caught in the middle.i need my money today .if this is how american buisnesses treat disable veterans then i dont want to continue with such companys.i will go and speak to our local news media and see if thet will run my story nation wide .being a student of buisness .i know that bad publicity will damage a company.i wish not to do that .being a veteran i swore to protect america and the people .o ask. With all due respect please replace my money.you and the company are free because of veterans like me .all i ask is do the right thing .and please dont tell me about rules and policies .why because if the employes had done their job .which they didnt which means they violated policy and thats why i find myself in this mess.
