Direct Express complaint: Never received benefits

My complaint:

I was to receive benefits on July 2, 2020. I never received my Direct Express Card in the mail. I called to inform Direct Express. They will not answer the phone.

Suggested solution:

Direct Express Customer Service needs to answer the phone for customers.
