My complaint:
I have several online purchases, that never arrived. I called the toll free number , I wait 45min to an hour for a representative to transfer me to someone that disconnects the communication 3 separate times. They are unwilling to address complaints and they can’t be done online!
Suggested solution:
Speak clearly , wait for my response and address my concern by filing a dispute for the charges and replace my stolen funds.
